Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately I have to introduce a Cancellation Policy. At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me time to give someone on my waiting list your appointment or to find someone to switch with you.

There will be a 50% charge for failure to notify within 24 hours and a 100% charge for No Shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment.

Clients who have missed a previous appointment may be asked to pay in advance when booking future appointments.

Anyone arriving late for an appointment may be asked to pay extra for the time lost and their slot may be given to someone else.

I always try to be as flexible as I can with appointments, so if the date I give you doesn’t suit please let me know asap and I`ll do my best to accommodate you.

I generally send reminders the week prior and the day prior to the appointment.
