Orla’s successful grooming business has been established since 2003 in Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow. As such she is the longest established and most experienced dog groomer in Wicklow Town. She holds a Design Degree, a Psychology Degree and a Higher Diploma with Distinction in Animal Care. She spent six months working with a professional groomer before setting up her own salon. Orla continued her training to become a fully certified Canine First Aid Responder. She is also a member of the Irish Professional Dog Groomers Association, which prides itself on promoting high standards of professionalism and education in grooming. www.ipdga.com As an animal lover, Orla has a huge interest in animal welfare and supports her local animal sanctuary Sharpeshill, through volunteer work and fundraising. Under the kennel name Ennisboyne Boxers, interest comes from as far and wide as Scotland and England to purchase her beautiful dogs. Ultimately, however her dogs are pets first, so only one dog is ever bred at any time and only when demand exists. She currently owns two Boxers, half brother and sister Layla and Jack, having recently lost their mother Molly and grandmother Lucy.
